Limoncello spritz

Refreshing with hints of zesty lemon, our limoncello spritz is the perfect summer cocktail and great for daytime sipping.

All you need is prosecco, club soda and – of course – limoncello and sorbet. You’ll find this cocktail insatiably easy to drink during the daytime, making them ideal for BBQs or alfresco dinner parties.

What you'll need...

  • 90ml Prosecco
  • 60ml limoncello
  • 2 scoops limoncello sorbet
  • 30ml Soda water
  • Lemon slices, for garnish
  • Mint, for garnish
  • Ice

Method

  1. Add ice to your glass, filling it up to halfway. Add 2 scoops of limoncello sorbet.

  2. Pour in the Prosecco followed by limoncello and soda water. Gently stir. 

  3. Finish with a slice of lemon and a sprig of mint. 

  4. Sit back and enjoy.
