Sloe Bakewell cocktail

Combining the sweetness of the Amaretto with the tartness of sloe gin, our Sloe Bakewell Fizz is the perfect Christmas drink.

Toast to the festive season in style with our bubbly Sloe Bakewell Fizz, a deliciously sweet tipple that tastes just like a Cherry Bakewell in a glass.

What you'll need...

  • 100ml Amaretto
  • 50ml sloe gin
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 1 tbsp sugar syrup (optional)
  • 300ml prosecco or other fizz

Method

  1. Mix the Amaretto, sloe gin and sugar syrup together and divide between two glasses.  

  2. Top up each glass with your fizz, decorate with a stick of cinnamon and some redcurrants. Cheers and enjoy your festive cocktail!
