Sticky, sweet and gently spiced, these chicken skewers bring together tender chicken, charred vegetables and a bright hit of lime.
Brushed with a punchy chilli glaze as they cook, they’re smoky, vibrant and made for sharing straight from the barbecue. Serve alongside burgers, hot dogs, fresh side salads and your favourite dips for a mealtime that's utterly delicious.
Combine all the sauce ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Thread the chicken and vegetables onto the soaked skewers, alternating as you go. Brush lightly with some of the sauce and place on a tray.
Preheat the barbecue to a medium-high heat and lightly oil the grill. Cook the skewers for 10–15 minutes, turning halfway and brushing with more sauce, until chicken is cooked through with a light char.
