The boards are reversible, with one side designed with an integral groove to easily catch crumbs and juices, while the reverse side is left smooth for chopping and dicing.
Before first use, oil the chopping board with a food-safe mineral oil and keep clean by simply wiping over. Regularly re-oil to preserve and enrich the wood.
