Slice through the toughest crust or the softest loaf with a classic bread knife from the Elite AUS10 range. The serrated edge is designed for use with foods that are hard on the outside and soft in the middle so it can also be used on many vegetables and frozen foods.
ProCook Elite AUS10 combines exquisite modern laser etched designs on each blade with the outstanding performance of Japanese stainless steel, renowned as the epitome of excellence in knife making. This perfect combination ensures hardness for exceptional cutting performance.
The range is composed of three layers of clad steel that provides a superior level of durability and strength, and the blades are ice hardened for a razor sharp edge.
Featuring triple rivetted handles, meticulously crafted from ABS, offering a supremely comfortable grip while also being resistant to water shrinkage.
Elite AUS10 stainless steel contains 1% carbon for outstanding edge retention and 13% chrome for high corrosion resistance making the knives more resilient to tarnishing and general stains. Molybdenum and vanadium work in partnership with the high carbon content to further strengthen the blade and improve stain resistance. Elite AUS10 stainless steel has a Rockwell hardness rating of HRC 60±2.
