This Gourmet Classic knife set includes 5 knives for all your kitchen tasks: 9cm paring, 13cm utility, 18cm chef knife, 20.5cm bread knife and 20.5cm carving knife. Complete with a stylish and practical magnetic oak knife rack.

Our timeless Gourmet Classic range features traditional triple rivet handles and modern European shaped blades which have been crafted from stone ground stainless steel for a strong, sharp cutting edge.

The composition of the stainless steel we use in this range is referred to as X30Cr13 denoting the use of X30 stainless steel, containing 0.3% carbon for outstanding edge retention and 13% chrome for high corrosion resistance.

With full tang construction and contoured, traditional triple rivet handles, our Gourmet Classic knives offer comfortable handling and timeless good looks.

If you are looking for a space saving way to store knives that is also out of the way of litle hands, our strong magnetic knife racks are the perfect solution.

This knife rack stores up to 8 knives and is made from beautiful American oak which will suit most kitchens. Simply fix to the wall with screws and that is it - an easy, safe way to store your knives.

  • Do not place your knives in the dishwasher. Instead, we recommend wiping the knife with a warm wet cloth and drying immediately

  • Store in an airy position away from direct sunlight and other heat sources to avoid drying out.
  • Wipe clean with a damp cloth.
  • We recommend oiling regularly to preserve and enrich the wood.
