Our timeless Gourmet Classic range features traditional triple rivet handles and modern European shaped blades which have been crafted from stone ground stainless steel for a strong, sharp cutting edge.
The composition of the stainless steel we use in this range is referred to as X30Cr13 denoting the use of X30 stainless steel, containing 0.3% carbon for outstanding edge retention and 13% chrome for high corrosion resistance.
With full tang construction and contoured, traditional triple rivet handles, our Gourmet Classic knives offer comfortable handling and timeless good looks.
Store your knives safely in this traditional, rectangular knife block. Crafted from rubber wood, the block has a wipe clean finish and is designed to hold up to six knives. This knife block is perfect for smaller spaces due to its compact size and features rubber feet to protect your work surfaces.
To care for your knife block store in an airy position away from direct sunlight and other heat sources to avoid drying out. Wipe clean with a damp cloth. We recommend oiling regularly to preserve and enrich the wood. Not recommended for dishwasher use or immersing in water.
