Our timeless Gourmet Classic White range features ultra modern white handles paired with European-shaped blades, crafted from stone ground stainless steel for a strong, sharp cutting edge.
The composition of the stainless steel we use in this range is referred to as X30Cr13 denoting the use of X30 stainless steel, containing 0.3% carbon for outstanding edge retention and 13% chrome for high corrosion resistance.
With full tang construction and contoured triple rivet handles, our Gourmet Classic knives offer comfortable handling and timeless good looks.
Our solid and contemporary bamboo knife block holds up to 3 knives from our Gourmet Classic or Kiru knife ranges, allowing you to display your favourite knives.
A strong magnet inside the block securely attaches your knives to the board, and the folding leg makes it easy to move, store and tuck away when not in use.
Unlike traditional knife blocks, the flat surface and absence of slots make it easy to clean, preventing bacteria from growing in hard-to-reach places.
