The sharpener uses a 2 stage process. Stage 1 sharpens your knife blade, bringing it back to its original glory, and stage 2 hones and refines the blade edge to achieve the safest, sharpest blade possible.

Suitable for knives with a hardness rating of HRC 55 ±2 or below.

Important safety/user instructions and care instructions
Ensure the appliance is disconnected when not in use and before assembling, disassembling, cleaning and storing
Not suitable for use by children and store out of their reach
Do not immerse in water
Ensure only clean, dry knife blades are inserted into the knife sharpener
Intended for use with household knives only
During use always pull knife towards you in one smooth movement, never push away from you or twist the knife during sharpening
Always ensure the sharpener is unplugged prior to maintenance
Wipe the exterior of the knife sharpener clean with a soft cloth
To dismantle the sharpening head rotate clockwise from the base and pull out
Squeeze and pull to remove wheel guard covers from the sharpening head and empty out sharpening debris
Replace wheel guard covers and reinstall the sharpener head into the body by twisting anticlockwise
