This set includes a medium 40 x 27cm and large 45 x 30cm long grain chopping board, featuring neatly finished, clean cut edges and ideal for everyday chopping tasks.
Made from thickly cut, long grain beech wood, these boards feature an integral hand holes at either end for easy lifting. Our high-quality boards will serve you well for many years and look stunning left out on a worktop, ready for action.
To care for your chopping board, store it in an airy position away from direct sunlight and other heat sources to avoid drying out. Wipe clean with a damp cloth. To maintain the appearance, apply a food-safe mineral oil regularly to preserve and enrich the wood. Not recommended for dishwasher use or immersing in water.
Before first use, oil the chopping board with a food-safe mineral oil and keep clean by simply wiping over. Regularly re-oil to preserve and enrich the wood.
