This set of 10 Professional X50 knives includes a paring, utility, chef, santoku, bread and carving knife, and four steak knives — all housed in a classic wooden block that suits any style of kitchen.

The perfectly contoured, triple-rivet handles are ergonomically designed with classic French styling in mind, ensuring comfort and control, even during extended use. Each knife also features a full bolster for added safety and balance, helping you prepare your favourite meals with confidence.

The blades are crafted from X50CrMoV15 stainless steel — a high-performance alloy that includes 0.5% carbon for excellent edge retention and 15% chrome for superior corrosion resistance. Added molybdenum and vanadium (MoV) further enhance blade strength and stain resistance. With a Rockwell hardness rating (HRC) of 55±2, these knives offer lasting durability and easy maintenance.

Keep your knives safe and organised with the included rectangular knife block. Made from high-quality American oak with a wipe-clean finish, it provides a practical and attractive storage solution.

The knives are backed by a 25-year guarantee, with a 1-year guarantee for the block.
