Our timeless Gourmet Classic range features traditional triple rivet handles and modern European shaped blades which have been crafted from stone ground stainless steel for a strong, sharp cutting edge.
The composition of the stainless steel we use in this range is referred to as X30Cr13 denoting the use of X30 stainless steel, containing 0.3% carbon for outstanding edge retention and 13% chrome for high corrosion resistance.
With full tang construction and contoured, traditional triple rivet handles, our Gourmet Classic knives offer comfortable handling and timeless good looks.
The Gourmet Classic knife bock will be a stunning focal point in any kitchen and has been exclusively designed in house for our Gourmet Classic knife range. Featuring bamboo wood and supported by two tempered glass sides it stands solid and stable.
The block can holds up to 6 Gourmet Classic knives, with 2 wide slots allowing for maximum flexibility. To care for your knife block wipe with a soft cloth. Not dishwasher safe.
