Ranking results are based on anonymous feedback from women about employee experiences and how represented women are in the workplace and within management roles. Key area of focus in the report includes equal pay, breaking the barriers and stigmas around Shared Parental Leave and promoting women in the workplace.

Headquarterd in Gloucester and with over 55 retail stores around the UK, ProCook strives for an inclusive workplace, ensuring fair access and advancement for all. Based on employee engagement data, the company ranked at number 28 among large organisations.
