The ProCook Enamel Bakeware range is designed to provide years of faithful service in the kitchen. Manufactured in Britain, the range is crafted from heavy gauge carbon steel for even heat distribution. A vitreous enamelled coating is painted on to the product and then fired for a tough, scratch resistant surface, which in addition to being durable provides excellent food release. The range is built to withstand oven temperatures of up to 260°C / 500°F and reliably produces superior cooking results.
This roasting tray measures 35.5 x 28cm and is ideal for roasting a selection of vegetables inclusing roast potatoes. It is also a perfect size for a small roast chicken or other joint of meat.
Lightly oil prior to use to aid food release.
Made from robust and sturdy stainless steel, the generously sized roasting rack will fit into most medium and large sized roasting tins to hold meats aloft for exceptional, efficient, all round roasting.
Juices and fats simply drain into a roasting tin below allowing for healthier cooking and features integral, easy-lift handles at each end.
Cleaning is easy and the rack dishwasher safe and oven safe to 260C.
