This set of 5 knives from our Professional X50 Chef range includes a 9cm paring, 12.5cm utility, 15.5cm chefs knife, 25cm bread knife and 25cm carving knife and comes with a stylish magnetic glass and blackened ash knife block.
Designed for professional chefs as well as home cooks, our extensive Professional X50 Chef range offers a knife for every task. Inspired by classic French styling each knife features triple rivet handles and the finest German X50 stainless steel blades.
The composition of the steel used is referred to as X50CrMoV15 and denotes the use of 0.5% carbon for outstanding edge retention and 15% chrome for high corrosion resistance. Molybdenum and vanadium (MoV) also work to further strengthen the blade and improve stain resistance. The collection has an official Rockwell hardness rating (HRC) of 55±2 ensuring durabiity and easy sharpening.
With contoured, triple rivet handles and an anti-slip full length front bolster, Professional X50 Chef knives offer comfort, control and elegant good looks.
This knife block is an incredibly stylish knife storage solution. Made from toughened glass and beautifully grained blackened ash the knife block has a magnetic strip hidden within the wood to securely hold up to 6 knives dependent on blade width.
The knife block has been exclusively designed in the UK. It has pre-treated wood which needs minimal maintainance. To care for your knife block wipe clean with a soft cloth. Not dishwasher safe.
