Ergonomically designed for superior handling, the Professional X50 Micarta range combines our well-loved micarta handles with the finest German X50 steel blades.

Specially formulated to sit perfectly within your hand, our contoured, triple rivet micarta handles ensure superior comfort after even prolonged periods of use. Well-balanced, the knives in this exceptionally ergonomic range feature a rear bolster as well as a tapered front bolster to allow full length blade sharpening.

The composition of the steel we use in this range is referred to as X50CrMoV15 and denotes the use of 0.5% carbon for outstanding edge retention and 15% chrome for high corrosion resistance. Molybdenum and vanadium (MoV) also work to further strengthen the blade and improve stain resistance. The collection has an official Rockwell hardness rating (HRC) of 55±2 ensuring durability and easy maintenance.
